How to transfer my contacts or addressbook from one laptop to anot

Is it possible to transfer my contacts or complete address book in Outlook
2003 on my laptop to my other laptop in Outlook 2003? Or only from Outlook
2003 to Outlook Express? If it is possible would someone please tell me how
to do it? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no address book in Outlook. So it is your Contacts Folder you want
to transfer.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
