I want to make a distribution list. The addresses are in my Contact List. There are no entries in my Address Book. Do I need to copy Contacts to Address Book first. If so, how do I do this? If not, how do I make distribution list from Contact List The term Contact List has no meaning in Outlook. There is no separate address book in Outlook. The address book is simply a view of your Contacts' email addresses. Outlook uses Contact Folders in which you can create as many DL's as you want. It's complicated: File > New > Distribution List.
