When i synchrnoize between Palm and Outlook i sometimes
get a message from OUtlook saying that something is
trying to access my outlook files and it could be a
virus.  And theres an option to Allow Access for 1, 2, 5
or 10 minutes.  How can i disable this window from
appearing.

Thanks

Ask your sync tool provider if they have a more recent version that avoids the Outlook security prompts.

But i was using the same version of Hotsync with my
previopus outlook with no issues.  Once i upgraded my
outlook to 2003 i got the warnings.

Any other solutions within Outlook.

Outlook 2003 adds more fields to the list that generates security prompts. An updated version of the software is what you need is the ultimate solution. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm#autosec for more on this issue.
