auto address completion not working

Hi, Till about 15 days back there was no problem with my Outlook. Then
my IT guys tried to switch my mail to Lotus Notes, but I was not happy
with that and subsequently I started using Outlook again.

Since then I have been facing this problem of outlook not completing
the e mail ids in To or Cc or BCc fields. In the morning when I switch
on the PC the memory seems to be absolutely blank but as the day
progresses it begins to suggest a few addresses by itself (however this
does not happen in 100% cases). But as soon as I switch off the PC
everything is lost again.

Can you pls tell me why this is happening and how can I get rid of this
problem. It is really driving me nuts as everytime I have to look for
the mail ids in my mailbox and then copy paste them.

thanx.

If the autocompletion cache is not retained between Outlook sessions, then
your mail profile has been damaged.  A new one should correct the problem.
