We have an exchange server 2000 and are switching over from Outlook 2002 to
Outlook 2003 BCM. Is there a reference on how to get our public folders
(Contacts, Calendars) to work within Outlook 2003 like it did with Outlook
2000? I have set it up as much like the 2000 setup, but still will not allow
mw to get into the public folders. The first computer we upgraded to 2003 BCM
was able to access the public folders, but no for some reason, now it will
not. Says server not available, that it must connect to exchange server at
least once to access offline folders? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Have you tried creating a new mail profile?

Yes, I have been following many threads here and tried many of your
suggestions to others, new profiles permissions etc. The problem seemed to
start when an ,edb file was corrupted and we repaired it, after that the one
computer running OL2003 will not allow access to the exchange info. We have
two stores, one database was repaired and now OL2003 will not connect to
either. I cannot figure out why...

You might want to pursue this in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup where the Exchange experts congregate.
