I apologize for the double posting. I discovered that this forum existed
after I posted to the general Outlook forum....

We are using Outlook 2002.  In the Contact list, is there a way to show what
is associated with a given name in the list instead of just multiple
identical names in the list?

It looks like this;

John Doe
John Doe
John Doe

Is it possible to make it look like;
John Doe - Business
John Doe - Business Fax
John Doe - Email 1

Any help will be appreciated.....

There's no such thing as a "Contact list" in Outlook.  I suspect you're
referring to the Address Book view.

Slide over to the right or widen the window.  You'll see the address types
at the right end of the entry.  The Business phone number will never appear
in the Address Book because it's not an electronic address.  You will see,
however, the FAC number and all mail addresses.  The FAX number's "E-mail
Type" field will say "FAX" (naturally).  The e-mail adresses wil have the
appropriate e-mail address type (i.e., "EX" for Exchange, and "SMTP" for
Internet) and will be in the order "E-mail", "E-mail1", "E-mail2", and
"E-mail3".  The FAX address will be the last one, if a FAX number is in the
Contact record.
