when I open an e-mail in outlook and right click the
persons e-mail address to add them to my contacts, I am
not able to.  all e-mail addresses from sender do not
show just their actual name, " lee smith"  I am not able
to see their actual e-mail address.  Can anyone help

You _should_ only see the resolved name. But when you add it to your
Contacts Folder, you will get both the Display Name and the e-mail address.
