PRIVATE CONTACTS IN OUTLOOK

hen I mark the private box in an Outlook contact, it is still shown in the
desktop.  Is there anyway to create a password so that only with that
passwords the contacts will be shown, and otherwise, they would be hidden?

The only thing you can password-protect in Outlook is the entire data store:
Contacts, Calendar, Inbox, Tasks, and so on.
