How can I arrange contacts into separate groups

I want to be able to add many contacts from another database (no problem) and
keep them separate from my regular contacts.  It will then be easier to
create and manage distribution lists

There are a few ways to do it:

Categorise the Contacts so you can group by Category.

Make a separate Contacts Folder and put the ones from the Database in there.
Right click the Contacts Folder, New Folder etc

Have a read of some posts about using Categories versus Distribution Lists.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
