I have an email distribution folder set-up in Outlook that contains about 50
different contacts. I would like to be able to link this folder to one on the
network drive so I can update one source rather than have to go to individual
PCs each time a change is made....and yes I have Public Folders in Outlook
but the computer police will not give me permission to make changes in this
folder.

Folders in Outlook are not real file system objects and cannot be
"connected" to any file system objects.
