Outlook and OE contacts don't sych

Hi

I have just installed IE 7.05 and noticed that my OE contacts and my Outlook
contacts are not the same any more.
I have:

OE 6.00.29
O 2002 10.6822
IE 7.05
XP 5.1.26

This is on an HP PC with a X86 900 MHz processor.
I have done the Dword in WAB4 and rebooted, but the two directories are
still diverse.
I use OE and HotMail, and use Outlook to synch to my Palm Pilot.

For good reason. Outlook and OE have not shared Contacts since Outlook 2000
in IMO version.

Russ -- actually I did find the fix -- it is posted on your
www.slipstick.com/contact/oeshare.htm.
I did install the DWORD and named it UseOutlook, set it to 1, rebooted, and
voila.

In your first post you said you tried that workaround and it didn't work. At
any rate, that method will no longer work with the current Outlook version.
