I have been able to change the contacts to last Name, first, but I cannot get them to appear that way in the drop down select name menu when typing an email. I would like all my contacts to by in the order of last name, first. How can I make all my contacts appear in the same order in all the menus. In Outlook's main windows, click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book, click Change, set the sort order there.
