When I try to aMicrosoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs
to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.dd a new contact to my address
book, I get an error message:

"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We
are sorry for the inconvenience."     (The "send error" report...)

When I look to see what the report contains it has this information:

"Error signature
AppName: outlook.exe      AppVer: 11.0.8118.0     AppStamp:456628bf
ModName: olplugin.dll      ModVer: 1.2.0.8388      ModStamp:44f3e9ab
fDebug: 0       Offset: 00051ca3"

What should I do to correct this?
