Does outlook 2007 support TAPI lookup on inbound calls? We use Outlook to
make outbound calls but would like it to do screen pops of our contacts on
inbound calls. ACT and Maximizer both support this capability. Please let
me know if this is possible. THANKS

TAPI support is at the operating system level. Outlook has had add-ins available for years that can do incoming call lookups. There should be some listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/
