Editing non-editable fields in Contacts??

I've been accumulating contacts in Outlook for 5 years.  Initially they were
in a PST file, then I migrated to Outlook Connector for MSN, and now I'm on
a hosted Exchange service.  My client is currently Outlook 2003.  I just
copied the Contacts whenever I moved to the next type of service.  Outlook
Connector had placed an email address which I no longer use in several
fields, instead of my name (which is standard with Exchange).  Those fields
are:
- Changed by and From in All Mail Fields
- From in All Post Fields
- Organizer in All Appointments Fields
Those are fields which Outlook won't allow me to edit.  Can anyone suggest a
work-around to update those fields?  Recreating the Contacts is an option,
of course, but not one I'm enthusiastic about.
Thanks for any advice you might be able to provide.

They are not editable. Why would you worry about them anyway? They're not critical to the operation of your contacts.

Sue, that sounds like a good way of looking at it.  I was thinking that if
there was an easy way to fix up those fields, I'd do it.  Might they come
into play in a collaborative situation, such as Share Point?  However,
that's not my working environment right now, so I'm trying to cross a bridge
that doesn't need to be crossed!  Thanks for your input.
