By the way, I'm using Outlook 2003. Sorry - I forgot to mention this!
Right-click the control, and bring up its Properties dialog. You'll see a Font button there.
FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public
.outlook.program_forms

Sue,
Thank you VERY MUCH - I thought I had tried everything, and it was so easy!
All I then needed to do was to change the Message Class for all my
contacts, using the "Omsgclas.doc" from Microsoft - worked a treat.
Thanks too for the pointer on that newsgroup - I can now haunt it for ideas!
