I am trying to send a mass mailing to 800 users who registered to one of our
postings, I performed a mail merge with Word 2003 and am using Outlook 2003,
however when I click send it notifies on each and every message that a email
client is trying to send an email on your behalf do you want to allow it to
send on your behalf? If I click Yes then it goes to the next message and I
must select it all over again... Do I need to do this for each of the 800
emails that are going out?

No, you just need to choose HTML as the format of the outgoing message.
