When scheduling meetings in outlook 2002, I have to look
at 2 schedules.  The attendees that I am inviting and
then the conference room schedule.  Is there a way to add
the conference room to the address book so I can view and
schedule it at the same time that I schedule the
meeting?  I would want to automatically show up on the
conference room schedule once I choose the send button.

For best results, a conference room in an Exchange environment needs to be set up with its own mailbox. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm
