We have several emails in an email that we want to add to the contact list.
We right click on the name and select Add to Contacts. It comes up with an
error that says Cannot perofrm the requested operation. The command selected
is not valid for this recipient. Unable to add recipient to Contacts. The
Contacts folder could not be found.
I've removed and recreated the address book. I've created a new contacts
folder and move over his items.
It's only on one specific user, in different environments, that it is
happening to.
Show this folder as an email Address Book is checked. The permissions show
this user as the owner.
Help!!.. It's the BOSS's email that is broken.
