Hello! I used Outlook 2002 in XP SP2. When I typed email address in "TO", it
will key-in automatically where it already recorded in address book or else.
However, when someone informed me his address has been changed, "TO" still
have its OLD recorded which made me to select wrong address (not new
address). How delete the old record? Thanks.

Make it appear in the To... field.  Then use down arrow to select it.  Use
delete key on keyboard  to delete it.

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual
way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of
complaining.
