Can I track the activities of clients that are in my calendar and not on the
master calendar. How do I do this?

Where is your calendar stored? is the master calendar in your mailbox or a
public folder? What version of Outlook? Did you add your calendar to the
list of folders Activities uses? (r-click on your contacts folder, choose
properties, activities and add the folder)
