Have Outlook 2003 at work and backed up my contacts.  I have Outlook 2002 at
home.  How can I download my Outlook 2003 contacts to it or do I have to
upgrade my 2002?  Thanks

When you create a PST (Personal Folder) file to copy your contacts to, make
sure that you create it as a 97-2002 format then copy the contacts to it.

I'm having a similar problem but I have already copied the contacts from
Outlook 2003 onto a CD (no longer have access to the computer that was used)
and my Outlook 2002 isn't recognizing the file since it's in the wrong
format.  Is there a way to convert the Outlook 2003 pst file so Outlook 2002
can accept and use it?

Yes. Vince already told you how. That's the only way. You must use Outlook
2003 or 2007 to make the conversion.
