Hi,
I'm using OL2007 and I am creating a distribution list.  When I add new
members to this distribution list, is there a shortcut to add the next
contact?  What I mean is...I click the "Add New" button, dialog box comes up
and I add the contact information for my first contact, then I have to click
OK and reclick the "Add New" button--is there a shortcut for this...I have
several hundred contacts that I need to add to a distrib. list (I only have
the contact information on paper-arrrggghh)?

Thanks in advance.

Use Select Members, not Add New, if you're adding people already in your Contacts folder.

Thanks Sue,
However, I am adding new email addresses to a distrib. list.  They are not
keyed into the computer, so I can import them into the contacts folder.
Is there a shortcut for adding new addresses to a distrib. list without
having to continually hitting 'ok' in the add new address and then having to
click 'add new'?
Thanks!

In the Select Members, you can also just type in a list of semicolon-delimited email addresses, in the box at the bottom of the dialog, as long as you don't care about also adding them to Outlook.

THANK YOU Sue!
That's exactly what I wanted to know.

Very helpful, thanks,
