Distribution list: export e-mail addresses

I've reach the maximum capacity of my distribution list so I would like to
transfer a group of contacts across to a new distribution list.  What is the
fastest way to do this as I would prefer not to type out 70 e-mail addresses
again.

Make a copy of the DL and work with it.
