Remove hundreds of duplicated contacts in Outlook. Help?

I'm using Office 2003 and when I synch'd with my palm phone, I forgot to
flick the switches in the program so duplcate contacts were not created.  Now
I have hundreds of them.  How can I remove these without doing each one
manually?
