Automatically completing email addresses

Does anybody know of a way to flush the recently used email addresses so that
the 'To' field doesnt get completed/names arent suggested?

I am asking as our employees have recently had to slightly change their
email addresses.  The change is so minor (swapping a hyphen for a dot) that
it is so easy to begin typing the email address, and select the wrong one
that appears in the list of addresses to choose from when Outlook
automatically completes the address.

I do not want to turn off this feature, just to flush it out to remove
incorrect addresses and begin beuilding the list back up.  

Hope that makes sense.

Would be great if someone knows how to do this for Outlook Express too.

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field.
