Outlook 2007 Contact export (csv) crashes

I have tested this on numerous installations, and different mailboxes, so it
is not just my machine. When I attempt to export my contacts to a Comma
Seperated Value file outlook invariably crashes and produces a windows debug
window.

Not sure if it is my environemnt but here are my details:
Exchange 2003 SP2
Front-end/Back-end requiring RPC/HTTPs.

I do not belive the environment matters. I was able to successfully export
the contacts into a PST file. I then created a new outlook profile, not
attached to exchange and opened the PST. It still crashes when I try to export

It crashes when trying any of these formats:

Comma Seperated Dos
Comma Seperated Windows
Microsoft Access 97-2003
Microsoft Excel 97-2003
Tab Seperated Dos
Tab Seperated Windows

So basically every format except for PST.
