Change "Display as" field

I attempted several times to import a user's Contacts from Outlook
Express into Outlook 2003, but each time I did, it made twenty or so
of the individuals as Distribution Lists.  So I converted the OE
addresses to a csv file, then imported them into Outlook and it
successfully imported all 262 addresses correctly.  Only thing is, it
made the "Display as" box show only the e-mail address instead of the
full name followed by the e-mail address.  This user wants the
addressee's full name and e-mail address to show in the "To" box of
new messages.  By the way, each contact's full name does appear in the
"Full Name" box of the contact's settings.

Is there any way to change the "Display as" box for all 262 addresses
so that they all show the full name in addition to the e-mail
address?  Or do I have to change each one individually?  If the latter
is the case, is there another way I can import the addresses from
Outlook Express so that all the contacts are seen as individuals and
some as a Distribution List?  (The way I did it originally was to open
Outlook and select File/Import and Export/Import Internet Mail &
Addresses.)

I misspoke in my next-to-last sentence.  It should have read "...seen
as individuals and NOT some as a Distribution List."

To change the field "Dispaly As" you can use the tool "ChangeNames":
