I have created a distribution list for an organization. The list's name is
entered in the "Bcc" field and the organization (referring back to me) is the
"To" field. At the end of an email to the contacts in this list, I would
like to include the specific person's name/email such as "You are subscribed
as johndoe@isp.com" as well as unsubscribe information. The list is fairly
long and I don't want to type this message at the end of each individual's
mail. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks for the help.
I forgot to mention that I use Outlook 2003 and XP.

Not with a distribution list. What you want to do requires a mail merge to
electronic mail, which requires a database to which to merge such as a
Contacts Folder, Excel file, or Access database.

Is there a site that you can direct me to where I can learn to do this?
Thanks for your help :).

A good place to start is in Outlook, using Help to look for "mail merge".
