I have a user who, when she clicks on "To" while sending an e-mail to access
her Contacts list, is getting frustrated by the duplicate listings for
individuals who have more than one e-mail type. She'd like to be able to see
only the actual e-mail addresses there, and not have the fax numbers visible
at all. Is there a way to filter the list at that point so only e-mail
addresses show up?
Thanks in advance for any help!

she'll need to prefix the fax # with a character. if she has a lot of fax #,
there are addins that can do all at once.
