Contact Folder - above or below GAL

I have just upgraded from OL2000 to OL2003 (using Exchange 2003).

Currently when I look at my outlook address book to find my Contacts
listing, it is positioned above the GAL but some of my colleagues are finding
that their Outlook Address book is listed below the GAL listing.

Is there any reason for this? I thought this was one of the differences
between the two versions.

However some of my colleagues had to select the option to switch on the
Contacts folder to list in their Outlook Address Book. Would this effect
where its positioned.

Note: this is not to be confused with setting my Contacts to show first in
the address book.

The order of the lists depends on which service was installed first. If you remove the Outlook Address Book and add it back, it should appear at the bottom.
