import contacts from excel

I have successfully import the contact details into contact from excel but
comma is missing in the "File As" field on the imported record. I have
configured the "File As" field as "Last, First" but the data appeared in the
File As field after import is "LastFirst" instead where ", " is missing.

Please advise on how I can fix it. Thanks
