I recently upgraded to windows XP.  I have installed XP, then I loaded
Outlook 2002 and finally installed  my Pocket PC.  Outlook took my contacts
from my PC and put them into Outlook.  Now, when I try to utilize the address
option to do an e-mail, it can't find any addresses, though all of the
contacts are there.  I don't know what I did wrong, Can someone help?

You didn't configure the Outlook Address Book service.
