I imported contacts from an Excel sheet (only 10), but it downloaded every
blank row after the 10! I now have over 98,000 blank contacts in Outlook, and
when I try to open Outlook to remove them it freezes. I've tried rebooting
but no help.
I use ActiveSynch to synch with my smartphone, so I am able to access the
contacts through that, but can only delete 25 at a time, which will take me
the rest of my life! Any suggestions? Since these were all saved as
"non-catagorized", if I could access the contact file I could just delete the
non-catagory file, perhaps through My Computer or something?
Needless to say I am fairly computer illiterate...I know enough to screw
things up but not enough to fix them! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Since you are "fairly computer literate," one would assume you have a recent
backup of your Outlook data file? What is the reported size of your current
file?
