Outlook 2007 working properly but No address book in Outlook 2007.  All ways
of importing or using Contacts as address book are greyed out.

Nothing is any different in Outlook 2007. Just add the Outlook Address Book
Service to your profile and make sure your Contacts Folder is enabled as an
email address book.
How did you migrate your Outlook data to Outlook 2007?

Unless of course, you go to Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts->Address Book tab->Add and add the Outlook Address Book Service.

I have the same problem.  I am using Windows Vista.  I do not see the Mail
Icon in the control panel.  I did a transfer from XP using Windows Easy
Transfer.

The Mail icon is a 32 bit app.
Since you used WET, you'll also need to create a new profile from scratch.
WET corrupts your profile.

You must enable the 32 bit Control Panels to see it.

Apparently the default account was corrupt.  I open a new profile and the
address book was no greyed out, and working perfectly.

That happens if you migrate your data incorrectly.
