I would like to store Social Security and other identifing numbers in
Outlook.  Is there anyway to do this and have the entry formatted?
Thanks in advance

You cannot rename existing fields, but can use any existing field or create new ones with your own names.

Look on the All FIelds page of an individual item, in the Field Chooser for any table view, or in the Fields dialog for modifying views. All of those locations have a New button.
