After loading Outlook 2003 onto a new machine and copying over my data all my
contacts are now listed in Last, First name order.  How can I globally change
the contacts to display/file by company name?

In what view? Have you looked at customizing the view?

Hi Russ and thanks for your response.

I view my contacts under the address card view, it works best for me.  This
happened before, some time ago and I ended up going into each contact and
changing the "display as" to company.  Any way to make a global change?

Thanks,

Jerry

Not sure you've posted accurately. The Address Card view sorts by the File
As.. field, not the Email Display As field. Is that what you want to change
"globally"?
How did you transfer your data? Had you done so correctly there would be no
need to make such a change. Do you still have your original data file?
