I have set up a folder of contacts for my business.  I need to print them out
for employees.  We have notes in the notes field.  When printing in the
detailed address card format, the notes field that is printed is not always
large enough for the notes that we have to print.  Is there a way to expand
what is printed in the notes field?  I went into print preview and then page
setup and it is not there.
Thank you for your help.

Did you select Memo style?

Milly,
I don't know what you mean by memo style.  How do you do this?  Will this
allow me to print the entire list with a larger notes field?  What I mean by
the notes field is the large box on the right hand portion of the
"General"tab.
I appreciate your help on this.

When you select Print from the File menu, you are given style options.  What are you choosing?

Milly,
Thank you, your suggestions solved the problem.  Also thank you for
explaining further your suggestion.  I was not aware of the style options or
where they were.
