MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / February 2007Printing contacts notes fields
I have set up a folder of contacts for my business. I need to print them out for employees. We have notes in the notes field. When printing in the detailed address card format, the notes field that is printed is not always large enough for the notes that we have to print. Is there a way to expand what is printed in the notes field? I went into print preview and then page setup and it is not there. Thank you for your help. Paul Spannuth Did you select Memo style? Will this allow me to print the entire list with a larger notes field? What I mean by the notes field is the large box on the right hand portion of the "General"tab. I appreciate your help on this.
