Old addresses showing

I have a customer that has Outlook 2003 on a workstation. When they send a
message and start typing the name in the to: box a list of names appear to
select from. Some of the names(addresses) are old e-mail addresses that have
been changed or are not in the Address Book/Contact list. I have checked the
Contact list and they are not listed, but when you start typeing an address
they appear. How do we refresh or get rid of these old address listings???
They only have one Contact list.

Autocompletion has nothing to do with your Contacts. Remove individual
addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting the entry when
presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to migrate to the
entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of the field. To
clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
