I am having a hard time getting my address book from Netscape 7.2 onto
Outlook 2003.  I have exported the Ntscp. file as a .csv.  Whenever I import,
all of the files transfer, but they just show up as blank in my Outlook
contacts.

What am I doing wrong?

Can you try opening the .CSV file in Excel and see if the data appears there?
If it does, perhaps you can then export it to Outlook.
