Distribution List Distress

I have over 50 distribution list.  Some people's information is in more than
one dl.  How can I send out massive email without sending multiple emails to
those in more than one distribution list?
In other words I only want everyone to get a email message but only once;
regardless if they are on other lists.
I need this done without eliminating them from the list that they are on,
even if they are on more than one list.  I hope this makes sense.

Please advise!!

DL's permit no such functionality. They were and are a poor way to organize
recipients. Most people would use Categories or separate Contact Subfolders
for that purpose because they are more flexible. It's best think about the
ways in which you need to use recipient groups, then organize them
accordingly.

I know, and you are correct.  I am stuck between a rock and a hard place to
manage someone else's files til they return next yr.  Thank you for your
input, I really appreciate it!
