Contrary to Mr Valentines answer to his sarcastic answer. I would like to
know how I can have my telephone list in Contacts in alphabetical order is
this possible to adjust after entering them. Would appreciate the help for a
beginner.
Even if you didn't like Russ's answer, his request for more information was
valid...different Outlook versions have different methods for doing what you
are asking. If we don't know which version you have, we cannot answer your
question.

way in Outlook 2003 as it did in Outlook 2002):
