How do I get an archived message to show up in the activities tab?

I have many efaxes that I recently archived. I have many of them linked to a
contact along with some information that I added in the subject line to
define their contents. Now that I've archived them, the do not show in the
activities tab of the contact. Is it possible to define that I want these to
show up? Or do I have to move them back into the main Inbox? We are talking
about 300MB worth, so it is worth my time and effort to archive them.

add the archive folder to your profile and add the folder to the activities
tab (r-click on contacts folder, properties)

I think I have added the archive folder to the Activities tab, but I do not
know how to add archives to the profile. I have opened Mail in the Control
panel and have poked around, but cannot figure out how to do what you are
asking. Can you give specifics?

In Outlook, click File | Open | Outlook Data File, then browse to your
archive.pst file and click Open. It will open in your Folder List.

I thought you were talking about something complicated involving my mail
profile. My Archive Folders already show under my Personal Folders. I have
added the appropriate Folder into the Properties section of Contacts and have
done the same for the subfolder under Contacts that the Contact is in (I have
8 Contact subfolders). However, adding the Archived folder that the efaxes
are in to the Activities tab in Properties has not accomplished my goal. I
have restarted Outlook 2003 several times and the linked efax (I have
confirmed that it is linked) still doesn't show in the Activities section of
the Contact.
