In Outlook, click File | Open | Outlook Data File, then browse to your
archive.pst file and click Open. It will open in your Folder List.

I thought you were talking about something complicated involving my mail
profile. My Archive Folders already show under my Personal Folders. I have
added the appropriate Folder into the Properties section of Contacts and have
done the same for the subfolder under Contacts that the Contact is in (I have
8 Contact subfolders). However, adding the Archived folder that the efaxes
are in to the Activities tab in Properties has not accomplished my goal. I
have restarted Outlook 2003 several times and the linked efax (I have
confirmed that it is linked) still doesn't show in the Activities section of
the Contact.
