(Office Outlook 2003.)

Good morning,

I want to make back-up copies of all my distribution lists in my Contacts
and they should also be available in Contacts. The reason is that I once
accidently deleted a huge distribution list, so I would like to have a
back-up copy should I make the same mistake again.

Kind regards,

It would make far more sense to backup your entire Outlook data file . The
only way to keep a DL intact is to keep it in the same folder in which it
was created.
If you don't want to backup all your data, then you should at least copy
your entire Contacts Folder to a separate PST file and back that up.
If you export your data, you will destroy your DL's.
