Finding Outlook Contacts

I had a problem with my computer crashing. All of my documents were okay,
but now my Outlook has lost all my contacts. Is there any way to find them?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
