HOW DO I EXPORT A LIST FROM CONTACT WITHOUT EXPORTING THE LOT

i want to export a list of companies from contacts to excel without sending
all the info

One way is to create another contacts folder, copy the target contacts to
it, then export that folder.

I didn't mean "export that folder". I meant to say "transport that PST."

Since you are using them in Excel, make a table view showing the fields you
need - filter so you show only the ones you want then copy and paste.
