When sending an email to someone I have sent in the past - and I start typing
it - how do I delete it perminantly? I select it using the arrow keys, then
press Delete but some time later in the future the email appears again. I am
using Outlook 2003 with Exchange.
Thanks for your help,
Terry

There are no reports of that method not working. Make sure you are doing it
correctly.

Do you send something to that person again? Are you using roaming profiles?

No roaming profiles. I have had complaints from three users with the same
issue. They all tell me that they no longer send any email to the respective
email addresses. I've sat down with two them and watched how they have
delected the entries so I am confident that the entry is getting deleted.
Initially when we delete the entry we confirm by again typing in a similiar
email address.
Thanks,
Terry
