I recently had a hard disk crash (luckily had a recent backup), and need to
restore my Outlook 2003 inbox and contact information.  I am continuing with
a new PC which has Outlook 2007 loaded on it.  Can anyone tell me which files
make up the inbox and contacts and how I can get them loaded into the new
Outlook 2007?

BTW - I have been able to bring across various mail archives (.pst files),
but can't seem to find anything that contains the inbox or contacts.  Thanks
in advance...

Answer is posted here every day.
Open the PST you were using before in your profile.
Set it to be your default.
Restart Outlook and close any other PST file in your profile.
