John Backup Outlook User Defined Fields - 12 Mar 2007 14:38 GMT
I created some user defined fields in Outlook 2003.  I backed up the data,
but Outlook only backs up the 90 preset fields.

Where is the user defined field information stored, and how do I back it up,
and then restore it?

Back up your entire .pst file or copy the entire folder to a new .pst file.
