Microsoft Outlook 2007 (Vista).  I believe I have all settings for Last Name,
First Name to view my Address Book in that manner.  However, the Address Book
continues to show First Name Last Name.  Help??  Natalie

I don't have OL 2007 yet, but in OL 2006, I'd click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books>Next, select
Outlook Address Book, click Change, and edit the display order there.  I'm
sure OL 2007 has something similar.

I meant "Outlook 2003", of course.

Thank you!!  After I re-started the computer (having made that change), it
worked beautifully!  Would you believe that the Microsoft Phone Center Help
Line (which you pay for), told me that Outlook 2007/Vista didn't allow you to
view your Address Book by Last Name first??  Unbelievable!  Natalie
